Dr. Tom Marcel, DDS, received his Doctorate Degree in Dentistry and Orthodontic specialty training at the University of California, San Francisco. Shortly thereafter, in 1991, he began his practice in Livermore, California. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and the president of the Northern California Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists. Contributing to the field of dentistry, he lectures for dental and orthodontic organizations throughout the United States and abroad, as well as maintains teaching affiliations at the University of California, San Francisco, the University of Pacific, and the University of North Carolina. He has also published several articles on temporomandibular joint function and mandibular movement. His extensive experience, significant contributions to the field, and diverse range of educational achievements have established him as an authority in orthodontics.
